Overview
This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partnering organization seeking an Enrollment Manager based in the United States. The role combines leadership and hands-on management to drive the success of enrollment operations and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Enrollment Specialists, fostering a culture centered on accountability, ownership, engagement, and continuous progress.
- Oversee enrollment targets by evaluating metrics such as productivity, conversion rates, call efficiency, documentation quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Deliver regular coaching including one-on-one meetings, call assessments, skill enhancement sessions, and constructive feedback to uplift team performance.
- Recognize individual team members' strengths and developmental needs to design tailored improvement plans and promote professional growth.
- Manage a small personal caseload of enrollments to maintain direct customer contact, exemplify best practices, and assist with complex or escalated issues.
- Track enrollment data and dashboards to discern patterns, eliminate workflow obstacles, and apply improvements for efficiency and quality enhancement.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, enable scalability, and secure a consistent and premium customer journey.
Qualifications
- 3 to over 5 years of experience in fields such as enrollment, admissions, inside sales, or member engagement with a customer-centric focus.
- Prior leadership or management experience, with proven capability in coaching and developing team members.
- Demonstrated success in boosting conversion rates, improving team output, and driving operational results within a metrics-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical aptitude for interpreting key performance indicators, spotting trends, and making decisions grounded in data.
- Excellent communication skills enabling clear, actionable feedback and fostering trust within the team.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy, balancing performance demands with supportive leadership.
- Organizational strengths and accountability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- Experience in healthcare, caregiving, or similar service sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
