Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and dissemination of Approved Technical Data.
• Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and the innovation of repair techniques and technologies.
• Support data collection efforts and aid Project Manufacturing Engineers (PMEs) with data analysis aimed at improving yields.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce material consumption, and decrease costs.
• Maintain and update Repair Process Standard Work documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Adhere strictly to RTX’s Environmental Health & Safety policies, Code of Conduct, and Global Trade Compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Diploma in Engineering specializing in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace disciplines, with a preferred minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
• Familiarity with aero-component repair processes is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of analysis, prioritization, and multitasking effectively.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Additional knowledge of MS Project, MS Power BI, Minitab, or CMM/CNC programming is a plus.
