Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join Maya Garden Residents Welfare Association for maintaining electrical systems in the residential complex located in Chandigarh.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform upkeep and ensure smooth operation of garden lighting, hallway bulbs, gate motors, and water pumps, maintaining safety standards.
- Manage and monitor diesel generator sets and automatic transfer switches during power outages to maintain uninterrupted power supply.
- Provide assistance to residents by resolving minor electrical problems inside flats and inspecting primary power fuses upon request.
- Conduct scheduled inspections of electrical distribution boards, earthing pits, and meter rooms to prevent electrical faults such as short circuits.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges between 15,000 and 20,000 INR.
