Job Overview and Responsibilities

As an Education Counsellor at Vedantu Innovations Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their parents primarily through inbound and outbound phone calls. Your core duty involves advising families about Vedantu's K-10 educational programs and recommending tailored learning solutions that align with the student’s needs.

You will manage the entire sales process, from initiating contact and fostering relationships to successfully enrolling students. Building trust is crucial, which involves clearly communicating details about course offerings, expected learning outcomes, pricing, and the advantages of our programs.

Meeting weekly and monthly targets related to admissions and revenue will be essential. You will also be required to diligently follow up with prospective clients to improve conversion rates and maintain precise records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity within our CRM system.

Additionally, you must prepare regular performance reports for the Team Leader and actively seek avenues to enhance admission conversion efficiency. Delivering an exceptional counseling experience that embodies Vedantu’s dedication to student success is a key part of this role.
