About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused individual to oversee our e-commerce activities. This position requires managing operations across online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and others, ensuring efficient order processing and warehouse coordination to facilitate timely dispatch and fulfillment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, prices, stock levels, and images across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Run promotional campaigns and advertising strategies on these marketplaces to boost sales.
- Liaise with marketplace support teams for claims, reimbursements, and resolving any operational issues.
- Track and analyze sales data, customer reviews, and ratings to gauge performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platform management tools.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capability to adhere to deadlines.
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Business, or related disciplines.
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
