About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our vibrant team in Halifax, Nova Scotia, as a Driver. The ideal candidate will possess energy, a customer-first attitude, and be a proactive self-starter, ideally with experience in the automotive aftermarket parts sector.

Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and fulfill delivery orders, verify invoices for accuracy, and assist with order assembly as needed.
- Inspect merchandise condition during delivery or receipt, review with customers, and obtain signatures confirming delivery.
- Manage daily collection of customer cores, returns, and warranties without compromising delivery efficiency.
- Maintain precise records of all deliveries and pickups, ensuring accompanying documentation complies with customer service standards.
- Adhere to electronic delivery procedures and protocols.
- Immediately report any customer complaints or dissatisfaction to Dispatchers or Store Management.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks including fluid levels, tire condition, and cleanliness inside and out.
- Observe all road rules and regulations at all times.
- Communicate regularly with Dispatchers or Store Managers regarding delivery updates or delays.
- Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory tasks.
- Support customer service operations within the store and assist with maintaining store orderliness and stocking shelves when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships.
- Physical capability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
- Work location at 117 Hobsons Lake Drive, Halifax, NS, B3S 0E4.
