Driver - Heavy Vehicle

Position Objective

This role focuses on operating a heavy vehicle safely, responsibly, and with a strong service mindset. The driver is expected to ensure secure transport of goods while also delivering courteous customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport products and shipments so they reach the destination on schedule and without unnecessary delays.
• Keep the vehicle logbook updated every day.
• Be familiar with road routes across the UAE.
• Communicate and coordinate with the relevant teams in a professional and respectful manner.
• Pick up shipments from Cargo Village and collect delivery orders from freight forwarding companies.
• Make sure the stores acknowledge the Pick Note Gate Pass at the time of delivery.
• Follow company policies and internal procedures at all times.
• Keep the vehicle in good working condition and help minimize accidents.
• Inform the transportation in-charge immediately if the vehicle breaks down.
• Understand and comply with RTA traffic rules and regulations.
