Position objective

The Document Controller will support the PMO by keeping program records well organized, secure, accurate, and easy to retrieve for approved users. This role is responsible for controlling versions, managing document flow, and making sure all records follow the required documentation procedures and company standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain document control processes based on the program requirements and internal standards.
  • Accept, check, log, and circulate incoming and outgoing documents with full accuracy and completeness.
  • Run a central document log or database that records revisions, approvals, and distribution details.
  • Make sure all files are correctly formatted, clearly labeled, and stored safely in line with documentation rules.
  • Support the review and approval cycle for project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Track document progress to help deliver program tasks and deadlines on time.
  • Work with project teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure documents are exchanged smoothly.
  • Follow document control procedures and quality requirements at all times.
