Key responsibilities
- Plan daily operations and ensure that waste disposal services are delivered reliably.
- Continuously improve collection routes while balancing legal requirements, customer expectations, and efficient use of drivers and vehicles.
- Serve as the main contact for drivers and customers during day-to-day operations.
- Respond quickly to disruptions such as vehicle breakdowns, driver absences, and urgent disposal requests.
- Record, review, and maintain disposal-related data.
- Handle incoming and outgoing goods processing.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training together with several years of professional experience.
- Experience working in a forwarding or logistics company.
- Structured, solution-focused approach to work.
- Strong service mindset and customer orientation.
- Ability to work well in a team, initiative, and dependability.
- Solid knowledge of common MS Office applications.
