Role Overview

The Director of Operations will work remotely on a full-time basis to manage daily operational functions ensuring processes at SortYourTrip are efficient and consistent. This leadership position involves guiding operations teams, refining workflows, adopting best practices for scalability, and enhancing customer experience quality. Collaboration with product, tech, marketing, and customer support departments is essential to streamline itinerary creation, booking processes, service delivery, and optimal resource management. Additional responsibilities include overseeing performance metrics, managing budgets, forecasting operations, and championing ongoing improvements. The role also demands active participation in executing strategic plans, managing risks, and sustaining robust operational control within a dynamic digital travel context.
