Job Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner in designing comprehensive solutions and pricing models for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals.
- Lead end-to-end management of large RFPs/Proposals including solution design, staffing, location strategy, planning, pricing, commercial terms, proposal drafting, and presentations.
- Manage responses to analyst firm RFIs to improve analyst rankings by gathering and collating necessary information.
- Oversee project management aspects of large deals ensuring compliance and conducting regular reviews.
- Work collaboratively with sales, digital, and platform teams to develop customer-focused digital transformation roadmaps.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 14 years total experience with over 5 years in BFS solutions.
- Strong expertise in Banking & Financial Services domain, particularly in areas like Retail banking, Lending, or Cards & Payments.
- Ability to conduct in-depth research and create insightful summaries and compelling outputs.
- Skillful in producing client-facing, creative presentations.
- Experience and understanding of digital technologies and tools relevant to the sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in structuring and developing persuasive proposals.
- Willingness to accommodate global work hours and travel domestically and internationally to delivery centers.
- Capacity to independently manage and lead large deal teams towards shared goals within deadlines.
Location and Work Arrangement
This position is based in India with flexibility for remote work from anywhere within the country.
