Diligence Analyst

Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a Diligence Analyst to join our team at Raksha Elite Solutions located in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role requires immediate to short notice availability, preferably with a notice period of 15 to 20 days or less. Candidates from across India are welcome, with a willingness to relocate. The position involves working 2 to 3 days per week in the office, supporting Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review Third-Party Due Diligence Questionnaires to evaluate vendor risk.
• Assess vendors' resilience and operational risks effectively.
• Identify any control deficiencies and recommend appropriate remedial measures.
• Work collaboratively with Enterprise Resilience, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and TPRM teams.
• Create dashboards, compile reports, and present risk metrics to leadership stakeholders.

Desired Expertise and Background

• Over 8 years of overall experience in IT, with at least 5 years specializing in relevant domains.
• Practical exposure to Third-Party Risk Management, Due Diligence Questionnaires, Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Vendor and Supplier Risk Assessment.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, control gap analysis, regulatory compliance, governance, remediation tracking, and fostering stakeholder relationships.
• Previously worked in IT services, IT consulting, BFSI, banking and financial services, Big 4 firms or risk advisory, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

Additional Information
