Digital Transformation Strategy Consultant

Overview

Nuqtah Business Solutions is searching for a Digital Transformation Strategy Consultant to contribute to technology-driven transformation projects within a prominent public sector entity in Saudi Arabia. This is a subcontracting opportunity initially for 12 months, with a strong likelihood for extension depending on project demands and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in formulating digital transformation strategies aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030 goals.
• Evaluate organizational digital maturity and develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps.
• Drive digitization of business processes by redesigning workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operating models suitable for digital platforms.
• Support deployment of technology programs including ERP, cloud computing, robotic process automation (RPA), business intelligence platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop digital governance frameworks, establish KPIs, and create performance dashboards to monitor progress of transformation initiatives.
• Prepare high-level executive reports, create business cases, and deliver briefing materials to stakeholders on digital projects.
• Facilitate workshops with senior management to define digital priorities and ensure alignment across teams.
• Serve as a liaison bridging business requirements with technological solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in digital transformation advisory or strategy, business process digitization/re-engineering, or technology implementation including ERP, RPA, cloud, BI, or enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Business Technology.
• Professional certifications are advantageous, such as PMP, ITIL, Azure, AWS, Power BI (PL-300), SAP, COBIT, or PRINCE2.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to translate technology requirements into meaningful business outcomes.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia’s public sector or regulated environments and comfortable handling confidential, high-governance contexts.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior exposure to Saudi Vision 2030 national digital initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or data strategy projects.
• Background in consulting at major firms such as Big 4, global tech consultancies, or specialized boutique firms.

Engagement Details

• Contract Duration: 12 months with strong possibility for extension.
