Digital Transformation Specialist

Overview

This role focuses on leading and monitoring digital transformation strategies and initiatives within the organization. It involves governance, maturity assessment, service enhancement, and change management to foster innovation and successful adoption of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the digital transformation strategy and roadmap along with its implementation initiatives.
• Implement governance frameworks ensuring adherence to digital transformation policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assess digital maturity levels, analyze gaps, and formulate improvement plans accordingly.
• Enhance digital services and beneficiary experience while tracking key performance indicators.
• Manage digital transformation projects by monitoring progress, risks, and achieving targeted value outcomes.
• Support change management efforts, innovation, and adoption of new digital technologies and solutions.
• Prepare executive reports, required documentation, and evidences for assessment and compliance purposes.
• Document best practices and lessons learned to promote continuous improvement throughout the process.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in digital transformation or closely related domains.
• Strong expertise in digital transformation governance, maturity measurement, and compliance procedures.
• Experience in digital services, beneficiary experience optimization, initiative management, and change facilitation.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in government entities or large organizations.
• Professional certification in digital transformation is an advantage.
