Digital Designer

About the Role

Lucrum ERP is looking to add a skilled and adaptable Digital Designer to its expanding team. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly by designing attractive and user-friendly interfaces for our ERP software, producing impactful marketing materials, and creating engaging video content. Your blend of creativity, design expertise, and technical proficiency will help elevate our brand and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences (UI/UX) for our ERP software that harmonize usability with visual appeal and functionality.
• Produce eye-catching graphic assets for marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and website visuals.
• Create polished video content, including product demos, explainer clips, and promotional videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Develop interactive and optimized web pages and landing pages that draw users and improve conversions.
• Work alongside product managers, developers, and marketing teams to fully grasp project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Keep abreast of emerging UI/UX, graphic design, and video editing trends and technologies.
• Use various design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, InVision, and Canva effectively.
• Maintain brand consistency and messaging continuity across all design projects.
• Handle multiple designs simultaneously while meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Web Design, or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a comparable design role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skill.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD, and proficiency with Figma.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
