Role Overview

As a mid-level Designer at Punch, you will actively contribute to shaping brand narratives through diverse design projects spanning digital, web, and beyond. You will engage closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers to translate briefs into innovative visual solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling brand identities, websites, campaigns, and digital assets for a broad client base
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring branding concepts to fruition
• Convert creative briefs into effective and polished design deliverables
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions, moodboarding, and exploratory creative processes
• Apply UX/UI principles, ensuring designs are responsive and accessible
• Present design concepts confidently within the team environment
• Remain informed of emerging design trends and contribute insights to the creative team

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4+ years of experience in creative or design roles, preferably within agency settings
• A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating conceptual depth and design versatility
• Comprehensive knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and brand system development
• Experience designing for various digital platforms, including web and social media campaigns
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design software
• Familiarity with project management software like Asana is advantageous
• Knowledge of motion graphics or prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, Webflow) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills combined with a collaborative attitude and keen attention to detail
• Proactive approach, taking ownership and pushing creative limits
