Deputy Store Manager - On Brand

Role Overview

This position offers an exciting chance to become a key member of On's retail team in Jeddah, leading the brand's inaugural store. You will play a vital role in shaping store operational procedures prior to launch and will be responsible for overall store performance and delivering exceptional customer service each day after opening.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all store activities including inventory management, IT systems, customer traffic management, and product training.
• Collaborate with store and global DTC retail teams to innovate retail business practices and consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Instill and communicate On's brand values in all internal and customer interactions.
• Assist with staff planning and recruitment to build a high-performing store team.
• Implement continuous learning and development initiatives, providing coaching and training to team members as needed.
• Monitor store performance metrics to ensure effective business operations.
• Support Front-of-House operations to guarantee premium customer service standards.
• Manage Back-of-House processes to maintain optimized inventory levels and oversee product inflow and outflow.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting store systems and processes.
• Possess subject matter expertise in store financial procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer-facing environment with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Experience in operational retail within sports, technology, or fashion sectors is highly advantageous.
• Collaborative team member with excellent interpersonal, communication, and hospitality skills.
• Proven ability to provide meaningful and interactive experiences to customers and colleagues.
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong organizational capabilities to anticipate and address future store needs.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Engagement and interest in sports communities is preferred.
