Position Overview

Next Level Consulting Solutions is seeking dependable and hardworking Distribution Drivers and Warehouse Pickers to join our expanding team in Heathwood, Queensland. This is a dynamic role suited for individuals who thrive in fast-moving environments and prioritize excellent service delivery.

Key Duties for Drivers

• Carry out deliveries in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, holding a valid truck licence.
• Manually load and unload goods from delivery trucks.
• Adhere strictly to assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Deliver courteous and professional service to customers.
• Keep precise delivery logs using digital tools such as an iPad.
• Be available to work regular overtime when needed.

Key Duties for Warehouse Pickers

• Accurately pick and package customer orders for dispatch.
• Receive incoming deliveries, unpack, and store stock properly.
• Assist with loading and unloading stock deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the warehouse.
• Support inventory control and stock replenishing activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipping targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or picking preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in tasks.
• Good physical fitness capable of consistent lifting of 10-12 kg.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
