iMile Delivery is a rapidly expanding, tech-led last-mile logistics business established in Dubai in 2017. The company focuses on e-commerce delivery services and connects international online retailers with customers across the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.
Its operations are built around innovation, dependable service, and customer satisfaction, supported by smart logistics tools designed to make parcel movement faster and more efficient. The organization’s goal is to keep last-mile delivery smooth, transparent, and scalable while helping e-commerce growth across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the designated iMile warehouse or delivery hub.
- Deliver shipments to customers along assigned routes within the required timelines.
- Use mobile applications to scan parcels, track deliveries, and record proof of delivery accurately.
- Collect Cash on Delivery amounts where the assignment requires it.
- Confirm customer information before handing over parcels and secure a signature or digital delivery confirmation.
- Keep daily delivery logs and promptly report failed attempts or other delivery-related issues.
- Observe traffic regulations and follow company safety standards at all times.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in usable roadworthy condition, if applicable.
- Stay in regular contact with dispatch and operations teams.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license; a Light Vehicle license is preferred for car drivers, while bike riders should have a motorcycle license.
- Working knowledge of UAE roads and local delivery zones is needed.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for navigation and parcel scanning.
- Must be physically fit and capable of loading and unloading parcels.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly approach are important.
- Able to perform well under pressure and meet delivery targets consistently.
- Prior experience in delivery, courier, or similar work will be considered an advantage.
Working conditions
- This is a field-based position with daily route allocation.
- The role generally requires 6 working days per week, subject to operational needs.
- Performance-linked incentives may be available.
