Delivery Driver

About the role

Domino's is seeking delivery drivers who can help customers enjoy fast, convenient service while maintaining a friendly and professional experience. This opportunity is designed for people who want flexible scheduling, whether they are looking for part-time hours, full-time work, or a second job to earn extra income.

What you'll do

• Take customer orders in person and by phone, then process them accurately.
• Assist with preparing menu items and getting products ready for service.
• Store ingredients properly in storage areas, the production space, and the walk-in cooler.
• Keep equipment and the workplace clean on a daily basis.
• Hand out marketing materials when needed.
• Communicate clearly and positively with customers and teammates.
• Complete any other duties assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license is required, along with a safe driving history that meets company expectations.
• You need access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Good wayfinding skills are necessary so you can read maps and find addresses in the delivery zone.
• You should be comfortable navigating difficult conditions such as multi-story buildings, steep routes, and bad weather including rain, sleet, snow, strong winds, and hail.
• A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to follow Domino's image and uniform standards are important.
• You should be able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Maintaining strong quality standards in a fast-moving environment is expected.
• Basic math skills are needed for accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and making correct change.
• You must be able to enter orders using a keyboard and touch screen.
• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to complete tasks within set time limits are required.

Physical demands

• Much of the work is done while standing for long periods.
• You may need to move quickly between the store, your vehicle, and customer locations when it is safe to do so.
• Lifting requirements can reach up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Package sizes and weights may vary during deliveries.
• Occasional ladder use may be required for cleaning, sign changes, or maintenance.
• Some deliveries may involve climbing five or more flights of stairs.
• Crouching, bending, and reaching are common during prep, stocking, and cleaning tasks.
