Deli/Bakery Team Associate

Role Summary

Join our team as a Deli/Bakery Associate where your primary responsibility will be crafting quality food products for customers. You will assist customers at the service counter, restock merchandise onto the sales floor, and ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are rigorously upheld to support team success.

Compensation Details

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $16 to $29, always meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage for the Brewton, AL area. Additional earnings potential includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Specific circumstances may qualify for premium pay ranging from $0.35 up to $3.00 per hour, based on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or the nature of the work performed. Multiple premiums can be applied if criteria are met.

Work Schedule

Employment is available on a full-time or part-time basis with shifts including mid-shift and closing.
