Job Summary
This role focuses on preparing superior hot and cold deli products, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized throughout.
Candidate Profile
- Training in HACCP is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication abilities
- Experience in customer service is beneficial
- Team player comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multitasking skills under pressure
- A genuine passion for food and engaging customers
Main Responsibilities

- Prepare customer orders including sandwiches, rolls, hot foods, and sliced meats adhering to portion control guidelines
- Cook, prepare, and showcase food products throughout business hours
- Maintain pristine counter displays across all fresh food sections continually
- Share enthusiasm by offering food-related knowledge, recipe ideas, and personal suggestions to customers
- Address customer inquiries effectively and professionally in alignment with store policies
