Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Data Science Trainer to conduct expert-led training programs covering data science, analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence. The role demands strong technical acumen, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for mentoring students to help them acquire practical skills through real-life projects and interactive sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both in-person and online instructional sessions on Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Provide training on Python, SQL, and essential data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Explain foundational and advanced topics including statistics, probability, data visualization, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.
• Guide learners through machine learning algorithms using Scikit-learn and introduce deep learning concepts leveraging frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Facilitate practical hands-on labs, assignments, case studies, and capstone projects based on real-world datasets.
• Train students on visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Create and update course materials, presentations, assessments, and supplementary learning resources.
• Assess learner performance through quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations while providing constructive feedback.
• Offer mentorship on career progression, portfolio development, resume building, and preparation for interviews.
• Keep abreast of emerging industry trends and integrate topics such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, and cloud analytics into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance training effectiveness and learner success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analytics methodologies.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of statistics, probability, and machine learning.
• Experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Awareness of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners with diverse backgrounds.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• Two to five years of experience in data science, data analytics, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in delivering technical training or mentoring is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud, or Business Intelligence are beneficial.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, Large Language Models, or MLOps.
• Knowledge of tools such as Git, Docker, APIs, and fundamentals of data engineering.
• Background in teaching within corporate training, educational institutions, or e-learning environments.

Eligibility

Compensation

The offered salary ranges from INR 250000 to INR 500000 annually.
