Overview
eir business talent is seeking a Data Integrity Specialist for a 12-month contractual role based in Waterford. This position follows a hybrid working pattern that includes three days onsite per week. The primary goal is to embed and uphold data integrity within all operations at the Waterford site by ensuring compliance with regulatory and global quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory mandates and company policies concerning data integrity.
- Perform routine data quality inspections and validations to promptly identify and rectify data integrity issues.
- Create and facilitate training sessions on data integrity concepts and best practices.
- Assess risks related to data integrity and develop strategic measures to mitigate these risks.
- Maintain thorough documentation procedures, covering data entry, storage, and retrieval processes.
- Investigate incidents related to data integrity breaches or falsifications and establish corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening data integrity protocols.
- Supervise validation activities of computerized systems to ensure compliance with data integrity criteria.
- Prepare the site for regulatory inspections and participate actively in audits associated with data integrity.
- Compile and analyze data integrity reports and performance metrics, particularly the Data Integrity Maturity Model (DIMM), for management review.
- Act as the site representative in the Community of Practice (CoP) led by the global team, and, if needed, contribute to the Centre of Excellence (CoE), ensuring effective internal communications.
- Set and prioritize data integrity goals for the site.
- Identify corrective actions stemming from internal and external audit findings and manage their implementation.
- Determine and address training needs related to data integrity compliance.
- Make decisions regarding corrective and preventive measures for data integrity concerns.
- Remain informed about any breaches in data integrity standards.
- Provide guidance on cross-departmental strategies to maintain data integrity.
- Stay updated about outcomes from inspections and audits.
Eligibility
Applicants must possess valid work authorization permitting full-time, long-term employment in Ireland, such as Stamp1G Spousal, Stamp 4, or an Irish, British, or other EU passport. Candidates without appropriate rights to work in Ireland are not eligible to apply.
