Data Fulfilment Analyst / Specialist / Coordinator

Role Overview

This part-time hybrid position based in Sengkang offers a mix of onsite presence and remote work flexibility. The Data Fulfilment Analyst / Specialist / Coordinator will handle data requests from internal teams and external clients by accurately extracting, transforming, and delivering required data.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify data requirements from various stakeholders.
• Conduct data validation and quality control checks.
• Update and maintain data repositories ensuring consistency.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ambiguities.
• Document processes to enable repeatable and efficient data fulfilment workflows.
• Support enhancement initiatives for data pipelines including automation and standardization of routine tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with effective communication skills to interpret requirements and present insights.
• Expertise in data analytics and statistics capable of performing statistical validations and deriving meaningful conclusions.
• Proficient in data modeling to organize data for reporting and maintain consistent data definitions.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), basic SQL knowledge; familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage and work reliably in a hybrid work model.
• Educational background in IT, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related fields is preferred; previous experience in data coordination or reporting adds value.
