Role Summary
The company is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Data-Focused Project Coordinator to assist with planning, delivery, and completion of important projects. The position calls for solid experience with Business Intelligence tools, strong data handling ability, and comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project coordination activities to help ensure work is delivered on schedule.
- Apply Business Intelligence tools to study and present data in a way that supports decision-making.
- Keep project records accurate and up to date, and verify that data remains correct.
- Work with different teams to build detailed reports and provide information that supports business decisions.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- Hands-on knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms.
- Excellent accuracy, organization, and analytical thinking.
- Some familiarity with database systems and validation workflows is an advantage.
- Experience with improving AI-assisted workflows is considered valuable.
- Ability to communicate in Russian and/or Ukrainian.
Hiring Process
- Applications are reviewed manually against the role criteria, with individual attention given to each candidate.
- Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager’s review, sometimes followed by a test or brief project.
