About the Role
Join a Fortune Global 500 company renowned for its innovative culture and talented teams that foster continuous growth. As a part-time Imaging Clerk at UPS, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless customs clearance by accurately scanning and uploading export documentation into the IDIS system.
Key Responsibilities
- Input shipment details accurately into systems.
- Upload shipment information and records to the mainframe.
- Audit paperwork, print barcodes, and scan documentation into the IDIS platform.
- Maintain punctuality and precision in data entry tasks.
- Handle administrative tasks and organize paperwork efficiently.
- Verify and audit discrepancy reports.
- Communicate with customers via phone or email to gather any missing documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education of GCE 'O' Level or 'N' Certificate.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency with typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Availability to work evening shifts: 6-10pm at UPS House or 5-9pm at the Hub.
- Willingness to work one Saturday per month from 4-8pm at UPS House.
- Open to overtime and public holiday shifts on a rotational basis.
- Flexible work location alternating between 22 Changi South and Airport Cargo Road.
