Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support defense acquisition and program management with an emphasis on financial requirements analysis, task planning, and evaluation of funding impacts. This position involves developing and reviewing financial trackers and expenditure reports to provide actionable insights on fiscal performance. The candidate will engage collaboratively with stakeholders to assess spend plans and continuously monitor funding throughout the fiscal year.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain plans for contract actions, track the status of obligations, and manage funding needs effectively.
• Conduct critical analyses to ensure procurement profiles are aligned with funding strategies.
• Assist in managing and analyzing action items originating from meetings, teleconferences, or email communications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years experience supporting government clients, specifically within defense-related sectors.
• At least 2 years proficient with data visualization software such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• 2+ years experience programming with Python, R, or SQL to perform data manipulation and complex analyses.
• Experience spanning 2 or more years in data engineering utilizing platforms like Databricks or Spark.
• Advanced capability in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Possession of an active Secret-level security clearance is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between $62,000 and $141,000 complemented by eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
