Rep AI offers an innovative AI-driven concierge chatbot tailored for eCommerce platforms. Its proactive approach engages inactive visitors by providing shopping support, resulting in increased sales and managing up to ninety percent of all customer support inquiries.

Role Overview

We are searching for a Data Analyst to design and maintain business intelligence (BI) and analytics tools, execute large-scale A/B testing, assess outcomes, and convert complex datasets into practical insights that guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Create and improve analytics dashboards to reveal comprehensive insights.
Architect, develop, and maintain ETL workflows that compile and transform data from multiple sources into organized databases.
Produce daily internal reports and visual dashboards to support thorough business evaluation, ensuring accuracy and easy access for stakeholders.
Collaborate with various business teams to consolidate data requirements and develop insightful reporting solutions.
Design and manage A/B experiments to evaluate and enhance product features and performance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of two years' experience as a data analyst with a strong history of proactive problem-solving and innovation.
Expertise in data warehouse architecture, especially dimensional modeling.
Familiarity with big data technologies like AWS Athena and Spark.
Comprehensive knowledge of database systems, online analytical processing techniques, and ETL frameworks.
Experience in visualizing large datasets using BI tools such as Power BI, AWS QuickSight, or Tableau.
Advanced SQL skills for efficient data querying and manipulation.
Proven track record in designing, running, and analyzing experiments on a large scale.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Ability to utilize data-driven insights to optimize business processes and performance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
