Katilyst Co. in the HVAC/mechanical space is seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to turn raw information into clear, practical insights that help guide business decisions. This is a full-time, onsite role in Australia for someone who is detail-focused, inquisitive, and comfortable working with data.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from different sources, prepare it for analysis, and review it for quality.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that make findings easy to understand.
• Spot patterns, trends, and areas where performance can be improved.
• Work with internal teams to support decisions using data-backed insights.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across reporting outputs.
