About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated full-time customer support specialist to join a software company based in Toronto, Ontario. This position requires working onsite at the North York office. Initially, the schedule involves being present five days a week for the first three months, subsequently transitioning to four days weekly in the office.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves providing first-level assistance to B2B clients across North America. Candidates must be able to interpret data related to the software product and clearly convey this information to customers. Becoming an expert on the product and effectively guiding clients through its functionalities is essential.
Requirements and Preferences
Applicants should have prior experience supporting B2B customers. Experience with or the capability to manage relationships with large organizations is considered advantageous.
