Role Overview
Righto Services Private Limited invites applications for the position of International Customer Service Executive based in Digha, Navi Mumbai. This role involves managing customer interactions across voice, email, and chat channels in a blended process model.
Candidate Eligibility
- Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) is required.
- Minimum of one year of documented BPO experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Job Details
- Work schedule: 5 days a week with 24x7 rotational shifts.
- Two rotational weekly off days.
- Compensation: ₹30,000 Cost to Company with ₹26,000 take-home salary.
