Role Overview
ATAIN is hiring a Customer Support Executive for an in-person walk-in interview in Bengaluru. The role is suited for candidates who can handle customer interactions across voice, chat, and email channels in a contact centre environment with rotational shifts.
Walk-in Details
Candidates should visit the interview venue from Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
Interview location: 4th Floor, MSR North Tower, MS Ramaiah North City, Manyata Tech Park, Nagawara, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560045.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage customer interactions, use different computer screens and systems efficiently, and route issues to the appropriate supervisory team when needed. The role also includes attending training sessions to improve customer experience, product knowledge, and job performance, while following company and contact centre procedures and handling other tasks assigned by management.
Skills and Attributes Required
The position calls for a process-driven approach, strong communication, good interpersonal ability, problem-solving skills, high energy, integrity, and a solid work ethic. Candidates should also be comfortable using computer applications and writing in a clear business/technical style.
Eligibility and Experience
Graduation is not mandatory. Applicants should either hold a bachelor’s degree or be undergraduate dropouts. Candidates without a degree should have at least 6 months of BPO or travel experience. The role expects excellent written and spoken English, willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift setup including night shifts, and readiness to work in a blended environment covering voice, chat, and email.
Interview Process
The interview process includes three stages: HR round, Versant test round, and operations round.
Compensation
The offered salary range is INR 2,25,000 to 3,50,000 per year.
