Job description
Job Overview
We seek enthusiastic and client-oriented Customer Support Executives to join our inbound voice team. The position entails addressing customer inquiries conscientiously, offering timely resolutions, providing outstanding service, and identifying opportunities to upsell.
Key Duties
- Professionally manage incoming customer calls with efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer questions and issues effectively.
- Ensure superior customer service to maintain elevated satisfaction levels.
Experience & Compensation
Applicants with over 12 months of relevant experience may earn a salary package reaching 28,000 INR CTC, including a performance-linked bonus of 2,800 INR along with enticing monthly incentives. Candidates possessing more than 18 months of experience can expect remuneration up to 32,000 INR CTC, a 4,000 INR performance incentive, plus attractive monthly rewards.
