About the Role
Suvit Fintech is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive based in Surat, Gujarat to join their team working from the office. The candidate will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving product-related issues, and providing consistent support through multiple communication channels.
Primary Responsibilities
- Attend to customer questions and issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver detailed information regarding product characteristics, functionalities, and available services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently to maintain high satisfaction standards.
- Troubleshoot product-related problems, collaborating with technical and other departments for complex cases.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm resolution and keep thorough records of interactions.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of company products and remain informed about new features and policies.
- Document customer interactions and common issues in CRM systems, maintaining FAQs to streamline support.
- Compile reports on recurrent problems and customer input to contribute to product enhancement.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve service quality continuously.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in customer support or a related function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven problem-solving aptitude with agile thinking and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Competence to manage difficult customer scenarios and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of Tally software considered advantageous.
- Possess patience, empathy, multitasking skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
