About the Opportunities

Globiva Services Private Limited invites applications for the role of Customer Support Executive in two distinct voice support processes: one for TATA MOTORS under BPM services requiring experienced candidates and another for BOAT, a premium audio brand, open also to freshers.

Process Details and Responsibilities

Process 1: TATA MOTORS – Voice Process (BPM)

• Engage with customer queries via telephone support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with prompt issue resolution.
• Maintain prescribed quality standards and effective communication.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.

Process 2: BOAT Process – Customer Support (For Freshers)

• Provide voice-based customer support for BOAT's premium audio products.
• Handle customers professionally, addressing their queries effectively.
• Adhere to company communication and quality expectations.

Requirements

• TATA MOTORS Process: Minimum 1 year of overall experience, ideally with 6 months in sales and 6 months in customer support, or equivalent relevant experience.
• BOAT Process: 12th Pass or any graduate degree holder; freshers are eligible.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in Hindi and English with excellent clarity (V5 Quality standard).
• Basic computer skills suitable for handling customer service tasks.

Working Conditions and Schedule

• TATA MOTORS: Six working days per week with one rotational weekly off.
• BOAT: Six working days with Sunday fixed off.
• Shifts for BOAT available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits

• TATA MOTORS: Salary package of ₹27,000 CTC (₹21,800 approximate in-hand).
• BOAT: Salary package of ₹21,000 CTC (₹17,000 approximate in-hand).
