Nova Growwthx Solution Private Limited is seeking qualified candidates for multiple full-time positions in Customer Support, Sales, Lead Generation, Collections, and Personal Loan Sales. These roles are based in Sector 18, Gurugram, functioning primarily from office premises. Positions Available and Eligibility

• Nykaa – Customer Service Executive: Requires prior customer service experience and V4 communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Tata Motors – Sales Executive (Lead Generation): Applicants must hold a graduate degree and possess at least one year of sales experience with excellent communication skills rated V5.
• Reliance Consumer – Customer Support Executive: Preferred candidates will have experience in customer support and V4 communication skills.
• RBL Collection – Collection Executive: Only candidates with mandatory DRA certification are eligible.
• DMI Finance – Sales Executive (Personal Loans): Candidates must have a minimum of six months experience in personal loan sales.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• All roles require six working days per week with rotational weekly offs.
• Shifts vary: Nykaa and Reliance Consumer roles have 9-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Tata Motors, RBL Collection, and DMI Finance roles work day shifts.
• Salary ranges from ₹17,500 to ₹28,000 monthly, with specifics depending on the position and interview performance.
