Nuvera is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team on-site in Dubai. Our clients primarily operate in the international finance sector, moving money across borders daily. This role is not about simply responding to support tickets; it focuses on enabling smooth operations and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of global clients.
- Resolve issues related to international payment processing efficiently.
- Engage customers proactively, turning every interaction into an opportunity for growth and enhanced client satisfaction.
- Adapt to shifting work hours rotating across various time zones to meet client needs worldwide.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is advantageous.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities tailored to international payment operations.
