Role Responsibilities

• Act as the principal technical contact for major enterprise clients, cultivating enduring relationships with stakeholders to ensure BytePlus solutions meet their strategic business needs.
• Deliver expert technical advice during post-sales processes by deeply understanding client business contexts and sharing best practices for product utilization.
• Lead project execution for cloud migration, deployment, and expansion initiatives, closely collaborating with customers to guarantee timely delivery and continuous support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical challenges and escalations, proactively finding solutions to evolving customer requirements, ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
• Maintain thought leadership in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning by contributing to technical literature, sharing industry insights, and helping develop internal best practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solution Architect, Customer Success Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cloud or AI product suites from leading global cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Be an effective team collaborator able to set objectives, drive project success, and maintain positive team dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with Digital Native Businesses, Independent Software Vendors, and Systems Integrators in sectors including e-commerce, media, gaming, or education is advantageous.
• Proven success managing large-scale migration and deployment projects in enterprise software or cloud environments.
