Customer Service Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis for at least six months. This onsite position in Dubai requires readiness to start with minimal notice. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Commercial Team, overseeing customer order processes from receipt to fulfillment while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Primary Duties

• Manage and update customer orders throughout the fulfillment cycle.
• Maintain effective and proactive communication with customers, swiftly addressing inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with the Commercial Team and other departments to guarantee timely delivery of orders.
• Generate and distribute order confirmations and proforma invoices.
• Ensure accuracy of customer and order records.
• Provide assistance to the broader Customer Service team as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in customer service, customer care, or administrative roles.
• Excellent command of English in both written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• A reliable, proactive, and client-centered mindset.
