About the Role
We are seeking candidates for the International Voice Process role based in Pune. This position involves handling inbound communications via calls, emails, and chats while ensuring accurate documentation of cases and interactions using the designated tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and precisely.
- Maintain detailed and correct logs of interactions in the specified system.
- Function effectively as an individual contributor within a team environment, focusing on assigned tasks.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Freshers as well as candidates with up to 5 years of experience in international voice processes are welcome.
- Fluent and excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role.
- Candidates from any work experience background demonstrating strong English communication and interest in international voice are encouraged to apply.
- Availability to work night shifts is mandatory.
- Immediate joining candidates preferred.
