Customer Service Officer

Our client, a key national institution dedicated to shaping and managing Singapore's education system, is seeking to hire a Customer Service Officer for a temporary onsite role in Singapore. Salary and Benefits

• Monthly remuneration of SGD 2,400

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative duties including documentation, data entry, and managing communications with stakeholders
• Provide assistance in finance-related tasks like invoice processing and procurement functions such as purchasing supplies
• Support facility management and logistical arrangements for school events
• Manage incoming telephone calls and respond to stakeholder inquiries
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with various stakeholders
• Capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
