Customer Service Internship (Biomedicine)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Customer Service/Relationship team at Engravida Clínica de Reprodução Humana.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle telephone and digital communication with clients.
• Schedule appointments and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Provide clear explanations regarding treatments and assisted human reproduction techniques.
• Perform administrative tasks including spreadsheet completion, email correspondence, and operating system use.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Biomedicine, ideally between the 3rd and 5th semester.
• Residence in the Rio de Janeiro/RJ or Juiz de Fora/MG regions.
• Own a personal computer and have internet access to perform duties.
• Available for 100% remote work, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 14:45 to 20:00 and Saturday from 13:45 to 19:00.
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
