Role Summary
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented candidates to join our sales team as Outbound Sales Customer Care Executives within the banking process domain, based in Kolkata, Salt Lake Sector V. This role involves managing outbound customer calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing product and service information to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Field outbound calls to customers related to banking services and sales.
- Address and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Provide detailed information on products and services.
- Aim to meet and surpass customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English languages.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced applicants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Availability without leave for the next 90 days.
- Immediate joining candidates preferred.
- Must have Aadhaar linked with their active contact number.
Working Hours and Schedule
- Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
- No night shifts assigned to female employees.
- Females work any 9-hour shift within 7 AM to 8 PM window.
- Males work any 9-hour shift.
- Work schedule includes 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: English + Hindi speakers offered CTC of 15,000 INR with 12,000 INR take-home; Hindi + Bengali speakers offered 13,400 INR CTC with 11,000 INR take-home.
