Role Overview

The position of Customer Service Assistant at BoyleSports in Bagenalstown focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and maintains high standards, including handling betting transactions accurately and welcoming customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management with daily shop operations and team assistance.
• Take charge in the absence of Shop and Assistant Managers by opening/closing the store and overseeing staff.
• Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service by being helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
• Process customer bets efficiently through multiple channels including betting terminals and EPOS systems.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting multi-channel and digital offerings to customers.
• Maintain high shop presentation standards throughout the day.
• Adhere strictly to safety, compliance, social responsibility, and company policies.
