Customer Service Agent

Overview

Senture, LLC is looking for dedicated Customer Service Agents to join our team. This role primarily involves professionally handling incoming and outgoing client calls, solving inquiries using web-based tools to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. While openings may be for future roles, we are actively building our talent pool. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls delivering exceptional customer service according to client guidelines.
• Accurately document customer inquiries into the database and confirm/update customer information as needed.
• Identify customer needs by attentive listening and provide additional relevant information to enhance service quality.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers when necessary.
• Use contact center data analytics to identify and implement performance improvements.
• Perform outbound surveys to gather client-specific information.
• Adhere strictly to assigned shifts and schedule requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in call centers or customer service is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to multitask efficiently.
• Comfortable with computer operations, including internet research and managing multiple browser tabs/windows.
• Ability to remain seated for long periods during shifts.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
• Passing pre-employment testing, including internet speed verification.

Work From Home Requirements

• Designated enclosed, distraction-free workspace.
• Reliable, non-cellular high-speed internet connection (such as Fiber, DSL, or cable modem) meeting program speed minimums.
• Use of hotspots, satellite, or wireless internet is prohibited.
