Role Overview
Join Repco as a Customer Sales & Service Associate, where delivering memorable moments to customers is the priority. Operating in an automotive aftermarket retail and trade setting, this role focuses on providing excellent service both in-person and through other channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong safety focus to protect yourself, teammates, and customers.
- Deliver authentic and attentive service to build meaningful customer interactions.
- Support sales efforts through exceptional customer service skills.
- Ensure the showroom is impeccably presented and merchandising is well-maintained.
- Manage stock activities including receiving, dispatching, and storage.
- Collaborate enthusiastically as a team member to foster a positive team environment.
- Physical tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing are required.
Qualifications and Experience
