Overview
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team based in Shaktinagar, Delhi. This role requires individuals with excellent communication abilities and a good command over English and Hindi languages, including regional dialect understanding. Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
This position involves outbound customer service activities aimed at ensuring client satisfaction and resolving queries effectively.
Requirements

Work Details
- Location: Shaktinagar (Delhi-NCR)
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with weekly offs.

Compensation
Salary offers for freshers range from 12,000 to 16,000 INR monthly. For experienced candidates, the pay ranges between 14,000 to 16,000 INR monthly plus incentives based on performance, with minimum incentives starting from 10,000 INR.
