- Log all visits, contacts, notes, leads, and market insights into CRM and reporting systems.
- Promptly relay urgent and promising leads to appropriate vendor partners.
- Deliver comprehensive weekly reports covering market activity, client needs, and lead generation.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers at corporate property management offices.

- Assist with vendor partner recruitment and business development presentations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of vendor services, territories, and exclusive categories.

- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in email, mobile apps, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital reporting.
- Accurate documentation skills pertaining to conversations, contacts, and leads.
- Professional demeanor in both appearance and communication.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and focused on achieving results.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance required, with daily driving expectations in assigned territory.

- Competitive base salary around $45,000 annually, varying by experience and market.
- Opportunity to earn commissions from new vendor partnerships.
- Performance incentives and renewal bonuses for vendor partners.
- Mileage reimbursement for authorized business travel.
- Career advancement prospects as the company grows into new markets.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time role primarily scheduled Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required to attend industry events or client functions. The position requires independent scheduling, extensive local travel, and consistent business activity reporting.
