Credit Analyst - Mortgage Underwriting

Position Overview

Integration International Inc. is currently seeking a meticulous Credit Analyst to join their team in Garden Grove, CA. This role supports mortgage underwriting through thorough credit investigations, verification of credit details, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Duties

• Examine and confirm credit data for accuracy.
• Manage incoming calls from customers and clients professionally.
• Address and resolve inquiries from customers effectively.
• Accurately input data and maintain documentation.
• Conduct research to validate information supporting credit reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Background in credit analysis, credit reporting, loan servicing, mortgage processing, or experience in call center/customer service roles.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and typing speed of a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Excellent communication abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Minimum education requirement: high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• Contract duration: 5 months with potential transition to permanent employment.
• Compensation rate: $22 per hour (W2 employment).
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST; during training, hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST.
• Work location: Onsite in Garden Grove, California.
